Lyzi Diamond

Lyzi Diamond graduated from the University of Oregon in 2011 with B.S. degrees in Geography and Planning, Public Policy & Management. While in school, she served as managing editor and editor-in-chief of the Oregon Commentator, a contrarian, student fee-funded magazine, where she covered student government, higher education, and Oregon politics. Prior to working on the magazine, she served on the Student Senate of the Associated Students of the University of Oregon as a finance senator, partially responsible for distributing $12 million in student fees to programs, events, and contracts. In addition to writing and politics, Lyzi is interested in cartography and has an extensive collection of maps and atlases.
